Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go! You can delete your account using one of the following options:

Option 1. In the App:
In any parent profile, Go to Settings > My Account > Delete Account and follow the steps to delete your account.

Option 2. Contact Us:
Please complete the form on this page to request account deletion. For security purposes, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the deletion.

Warning: This cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently delete all data, including:

  • Parent and Young Learner Profiles

  • Progress in daily challenges

  • Accounts, Learning funds and transactions

  • All other data
